PBX POLLING
The TELE-PLUS software can poll PBX equipment in four ways. These are;
- PC based Pollers
Intel Pentium based PC's operating UNIX includes large capacity Hard Drives for SMDR storage (Host communications via
dial up modem, direct connect, or TCP/IP communications).
- Polling Solid State SMDR Buffer systems (Western Telematic, Assentria etc.)
- Optional Real time connections to the PBX for SMDR collection.
- Newer IP-PBX.s FTP data directly to the TIMS Server

On-line, nightly Centrex SMDR data polling via the Telco Electronic Transfer service.

Compatible with ISDN CLID call record generation.
