Call Processing Rates are determined by the Hardware used (high end RISC or multiple Intel CPU configurations will process SMDR data at very high transaction rates per hour).
Capable of reporting on call detail SMDR files of unlimited size. This is a function of the size and capacity of the Processor and Disk Storage hosting the application.
Telephone Call Reconciliation Module compares and reconciles the SMDR data to Telco supplied Toll transactions allowing Users to provide Allocation Reports that are 100% accurate (to the Telco Invoice). Various Comparison/Variation Reports are also available.
Call Costing by full AT&T V&H Coordinates, Telephone Company tariffs for DDD, Virtual Networks, Private network Facilities and Interconnect Carrier tariffs.
