TIMS (Telephone Information Management System)

The TELE-PLUS Management TIMS product is an integrated Call Detail Recording and Telephone Directory System designed for large multi-site organizations. The software was originally designed and programmed for a large corporation with facilities across Canada. The system can manage most types of PBX equipment as well as Centrex Services. The Package includes modules for Call Accounting, Multi site PBX Polling, Traffic and Network Management, Fraud/Security reporting and Telephone Directory. The TIMS product is programmed in a high level language using 4th Generation Language tools resulting in the most flexible telecommunications management system available in Canada.
