Installation and Training
Professionally trained personnel load the TELE-PLUS software onto the customer's equipment. The end-users are trained in
the use of the programs to begin the task of implementation.
Support/Warranty
The TELE-PLUS software programs are guaranteed for as long as they are being actively used by an end-user. Monthly contracted
telephone support and dial in system support via modem or Internet, is available. On-site support is optional.
Database Creation / Conversion
TELE-PLUS can assist the customer in building the databases via data entry or electronic conversion of existing databases.
Hardware Operations Support
TELE-PLUS will contract hourly to manage the host equipment used to operate the TIMS and TOMS systems. Operational support,
System backup, configuration maintenance can be contracted to TELE-PLUS to off load an organization's existing technical staff.
Customization
The software can be customized to accommodate the requirements of specific vertical markets, as those needs surface. These
modifications are paid for by the client and are supported within the standard maintenance programs.
Enhancements
Ongoing enhancements to each program are made available to customers via Annual License Renewals.
Service Bureau
TELE-PLUS offers the Service Bureau of TMS applications for clients who do not want in-house operations. The Service Bureau
allows for on-line and/or batch processing.
Hardware
TELE-PLUS offers Hardware/Operating Software consulting delivered as a part of the TOTAL SOLUTION. TELE-PLUS is
"hardware-neutral", having respect for the equipment choice of each end-user. TELE-PLUS will install and configure Hardware and
Operating Software as part of the initial installation and continue to assist the end user with the ongoing support of these
Servers.
