PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The TELE-PLUS Telecommunication Management System "TMS" is a complete modular based suite of software programs designed by end-users to manage all facets of telecommunications control. The software has been designed by TELE-PLUS Management of Calgary. In a world of continuous technological change and corporate reorganization the main benefits of the TMS software are its hardware portability and flexible 4th Generation Language systems design. These features allow for machine portable and customized applications. Each module is very advanced with the ability to operate in stand-alone or integrated modes.

TIMS (Telephone Information Management System)

The TELE-PLUS Management TIMS product is an integrated Call Detail Recording and Telephone Directory System designed for large multi-site organizations. The software was originally designed and programmed for a large corporation with facilities across Canada. The system can manage most types of PBX and IP-PBX equipment as well as Centrex Services. The Package includes modules for Call Accounting, Multi site PBX Polling, Traffic and Network Management, Fraud/Security reporting, Wireless expense management and Telephone Directory. The TIMS product is programmed in a high level language using 4th Generation Language tools resulting in the most flexible telecommunications management system available in Canada.

TOMS (Telephone Order Management System)

The other main application Module within the TMS system is the TOMS (Telephone Order Management System). This new application system was designed and programmed by TELE-PLUS over the past 4 years and has evolved from almost 15 years of previous versions and related modules. Telecommunications Administrators and technicians assisted TELE-PLUS with the design and specification to meet very specific needs for Voice order processing and PBX / IP-PBX inventory management. TOMS provides an automated and electronic telephone work order process specifically designed for telephony with specialized logic for user defined work flow and customization of order processing. Specialized connections can be made into PBX, IP-PBX and Centrex equipment to initially build inventory and to perform ongoing updates, synchronization and reconciliations between PBX databases and the TOMS order and inventory database.

TOMS is linked to all other TMS databases and works in conjunction with the TIMS System but can also run a standalone system.

SERVICES

The TELE-PLUS applications are typically installed within critical management areas of an organization. The proper installation of these systems must be accomplished on time and on budget. Databases must be built and systems have to be configured properly. Often times, customers simply do not have the human resources allocated to accomplish this task. At the customer's option, we offer the "TELE-PLUS Solution". The TELE-PLUS Solution is a turnkey installation of Hardware and Software, database conversions, Training, and Implementation/Installation Services.
